Design and development
Developed using a 3D scan of the car for the perfect fit, the snorkel was designed in CAD and the first prototype was built and fitted in early 2025. Over the following year, extensive testing was carried out, the design was overhauled and a new prototype was installed on a customer’s car. Now, the snorkel is finally ready for purchase!
Materials
Snorkel body: 3D-printed ASA-CF, a strong and UV-resistant material with carbon fibre reinforcement
Airbox adapter and hose connector: 3D-printed TPU, a flexible rubber-like material
Mounting bracket: 1.5mm 304 grade stainless steel
Installation
Please be aware that installation involves permanent modifications to your car, and should only be carried out by someone comfortable operating an angle grinder and other power tools. A hole approximately 130mm x 60mm must be cut in the upper part of the left wing, and further cutting/clearance of metalwork is required in the engine bay and on the underside of the bonnet. Full instructions and list of tools and materials will be provided in the installation guide.
Lead Times
All snorkels are handmade to order. Due to our external painting supplier’s minimum order quantities, shipping times may vary but will be no longer than 6 weeks. We aim to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible and will be in touch with an estimated shipping date as soon as we are able.
